Vestel Dealer and Service Delayed My Refund for a Canceled Product

Vestel's company, dealer, service, and customer support—there’s hardly any department left that I haven't had issues with. From start to finish, I had a terrible experience with Vestel, and I hope you don’t go through the same. I’m still waiting for a refund from the dealer, that’s all I can say. I paid for a product I never received, and due to the service's careless attitude and false statements, I had to cancel it. Now, I’m being told to wait for the dealer’s bank’s arbitrary process, even though we couldn’t even complete a proper contract. This is Vestel and the experience they put me through.
