Vestel Failed to Deliver Complete Product and Ignored My Customer Service Requests
My experience with Vestel revealed significant issues with their after-sales service. While the purchasing process seemed smooth and promising, things quickly changed afterward. The product was delivered incomplete, and despite multiple attempts, the missing equipment was never provided. Reaching customer service turned into a tiring process, as finding someone to address the problem felt nearly impossible. Filing a complaint didn’t yield any meaningful response, leaving me feeling neglected as a customer. It became evident that ensuring customer satisfaction is not a top priority for the company once the sale is finalized. I expected a more reliable and supportive service from a well-known brand like Vestel but was let down by their lack of accountability and follow-up.
