I'm having a terrible experience with the Vestel authorized service after my product was discovered to be damaged. Despite the issue being clearly documented in a service report, the seller stubbornly refuses to acknowledge it. I'm having trouble getting in touch about returning or exchanging my product. I kindly request a refund or replacement for my item. When Vestel grants authorization to a company, it is important to ensure proper oversight of the process. Considering the insufficient support and lack of accountability for your products, I am left wondering why such authorization was granted. If I had been aware of Vestel's lack of concern and unresponsiveness, I would have never made the decision to buy your product.
