Vestel R23 AC Returned With Scratched Outdoor Unit and No Support



About a month ago, I contacted Vestel authorized service center because the outdoor unit of my Vestel R23 model air conditioner had malfunctioned. The service center replaced a part, but when the product was returned to me, I noticed scratches on the outdoor unit. I called Vestel customer service to report the issue, but they did not offer any help and stated that the repair for the scratches would be charged. Even though the scratches were caused by the service team themselves, I was left with the issue and asked to pay for it. My air conditioner is still under warranty, and I am requesting that this problem be resolved and the scratches on the outdoor unit be repaired free of charge.
