Hello, I recently purchased a Vestel 70qa9700 QLED TV, and I noticed clouding on the screen about 12 days ago. Additionally, the technician who came to my house acknowledged the issue after conducting checks, but he claimed it was normal. I informed him that I am knowledgeable about current technology trends and expect a solution from you regarding this matter. If you continue to insist that it's normal, please be aware that I will escalate this to the Consumer Rights Board. Good day.
