NetShort Charged Me After I Paused My Phone Service

I am writing about repeated unauthorized charges being taken from my account by Netshort for its phone service. On 17 September I was charged 400 rupees, and yesterday I was again charged amounts of 400 and 1005 rupees, even though I had already paused the service and did not authorize these deductions. These payments were debited via ICICI, and I only noticed them after checking my bank transactions. I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution from Netshort regarding these charges. I request that Netshort immediately refund all wrongly charged amounts (400 + 400 + 1005 rupees, or any other similar deductions) back to my account. I also want a clear confirmation that no further charges will be taken now that my service is paused. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
