Vestel NFK600E Refrigerator Stops Cooling Repeatedly After Mainboard Replacements

My Vestel NFK600E refrigerator is no longer experiencing a one-time malfunction but has turned into a chronic problem. The appliance suddenly stops cooling without giving any error code, which has repeatedly forced me to throw away meat, minced meat and frozen products from the freezer. While the primary purpose of a refrigerator is to preserve food, this device is constantly causing me financial loss, stress and uncertainty. In October, the mainboard of the refrigerator was replaced twice due to the same malfunction. After the first replacement, I was told that the problem was solved, but when the same issue recurred shortly afterwards, the operation was repeated under the part warranty of the replaced mainboard. In other words, the same appliance had its mainboard changed twice in a short period of time for the exact same problem, and it is not reasonable to accept this as normal. As of yesterday, the refrigerator has once again stopped working out of nowhere. The fact that it has broken down again just as the summer months are starting is causing serious hardship. We are once again facing the risk of the food in the fridge spoiling, and we had to open a new service request. I do not want to experience the same malfunction every few months, wait for service, wait for parts, and watch my food go to waste. It is also thought-provoking that these problems started right after the warranty expired. I no longer accept another “mainboard replacement” as a temporary intervention for the same fault. This situation either shows that the parts used are of poor quality or that the appliance has had a chronic or structural problem from the very beginning that has never been properly resolved. It is unacceptable for such a basic household appliance to break down this frequently and for the user to be constantly forced into the service process. My expectation from Vestel is clear: I request a permanent solution for my NFK600E model refrigerator and a product replacement due to this chronic malfunction. I chose Vestel because I trusted it as a domestic brand, and at this point I am no longer willing to hear only “the part has been replaced, the problem is solved”; I expect a real and lasting solution.
