Vestel Flora 122 Air Conditioner Keeps Breaking Down - No Replacement Given
I bought a Vestel FLORA 122 air conditioner on 08/06/2024 and used it for only three months during the summer. On 09/07/2025, the device failed due to a burnt motherboard. The service replaced it under warranty, but on 19/08/2025, it broke down again. I first thought it was an electrical issue, so I called an electrician who confirmed there was no problem with the power supply but noticed grounding in the motor. After filing a service request, they found another faulty part, kept me waiting for 15 days, and left the part at the service for a week before reinstalling it. When they finally did, a new issue appeared. I’ve been left without a working air conditioner for two months, and my motor has been sitting at the service for one month. Despite reaching the service manager, who verbally approved a replacement, Vestel insists on another repair instead, offering a warranty extension and a small appliance gift instead of a proper solution. When I refused, they simply closed the case. I’ve lost trust in a company that doesn’t stand behind its product, and I’m still waiting for my air conditioner to be replaced.
