Vestel Customer Service Fails to Resolve Iron Delay Issue in 7 Months
Hello there, I bought an iron from an authorized Vestel dealer in Siverek, on 13/08/2022. The invoice number is 17210. Regrettably, the iron experienced a malfunction just before the warranty period ended. Back on 23/10/2023, a good 7 months ago, I made my way to the service center. They have verified that a product replacement is required. Unfortunately, it has been a frustrating 7 months without receiving the replacement from Vestel. I've reached out to customer service on numerous occasions. At one point, they suggested replacing it with a different model or mentioned that they would send it once it's available. I agreed to wait for the stock, but it's been a frustrating 7 months and my product still hasn't arrived. Every time I reach out to customer service, they abruptly end the call without addressing my problem. Does this behavior align with the standards expected of a company like Vestel? That's really unfortunate. Could you please send the iron? I've been dealing with this issue for 7 long months. If I had purchased this product from a nearby store, my problem would have been resolved already. However, Vestel is not addressing the issue. If there happens to be any delay in the shipment of the product, kindly notify me promptly so that I can avoid any unnecessary waiting. Best regards.
