Vestel Air Conditioner Installation Complaint
Vestel sent technicians to install a wall AC unit in my home. Both guys lacked experience with AC work. They over-tightened the refrigerant connections and broke the connectors. One of them cut the connector and tried to solder it, but couldn't even do that properly. After breaking the unit, they called Vestel and claimed the unit had issues that needed replacement. I'm very unhappy with the crew that came to my home today, worked on my unit, and broke it.
