Unresolved Vestel Payment Issue
I bought a refrigerator from E*** Durables Store, and it arrived at my house with a broken door. The replacement they brought was also defective, but we accepted it. Then we made all the payments. We cleared the debt for 2019-2020, and four years have passed. We were never contacted, nor did we receive any lawyer's notice. By chance, we saw on e-Government that there was an execution against us. The debt was ₺1320, but due to delay, it became ₺3280. The lawyer is demanding ₺8200. We do not forgive them; we paid everything. As a person entitled to rights and justice, I am filing a complaint against E*** Durables Store, a Vestel dealer.
