My Brand New Vestel (Windsor) Refrigerator Makes A Lot Of Annoying Crackling Noises

Hi everyone, On February 13, 2023, I bought a Vestel (Windsor) refrigerator. But since the first day I installed it, I've been hearing a lot of crackling sounds. Even though authorized technical service workers have said that these sounds are normal, I find the 18 cracklings in just 5 minutes to be very disturbing. After having a Vestel refrigerator for 12.5 years, I'm sorry I switched to this brand. Based on my own experience and what other users have said, I've noticed that Vestel's latest models don't do a great job of cooling. I've included a short video to show what's going on. I hope vmh, who has helped me solve problems in the past, can help me again.

"We continue our story with the slogan "Why should it be with Vestel if it didn't work out." They wrote a response here saying they are interested in the story, etc., but no one called, emailed, came, or went. So, we were left with what we wrote here. Gradually, I will share the problems we experienced with other products as well. Please think not twice but ten times before buying Vestel. It looks like a high-quality product with a polished exterior, but in fact, they sell problematic products of the lowest quality. Vestel is regret. You are literally humiliated with your money. They also do everything to extend the warranty period. Vestel is regret."
