For the past two weeks, my Vestel 5708 T washing machine has been causing serious problems. During every wash cycle—especially when it switches to the spin program—the machine trips the circuit breaker in my apartment. Each time this happens, the wash stops, leaving water in the drum and the laundry unfinished.
Although the warranty has expired, I did not expect such a major fault in such a short period of time. Since the day I purchased the machine, this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and it has left me without a working washer.
I attempted to reach out to the authorized sales and service center in Sinop Gerze, but I have not received any response or support. At the moment, I don’t even have my warranty certificate at hand, which makes the situation even more difficult.
This failure has caused me great inconvenience, and I am requesting Vestel to take responsibility and resolve the problem promptly. I expect proper technical support and repair service so that my household can return to normal without further delays.
