Poor Verizon Network Coverage Problem
Recently, my dad has been dealing with a frustrating problem with Verizon. I was quite worried when I couldn't get in touch with him for months after he noted a sharp decline in signal strength in our region. We contacted customer service on many occasions, but they always gave us the same canned answers, like we needed new phones or updates—even though we've both just upgraded our smartphones. We are not alone; our Verizon neighbors are also experiencing this issue. The support team's inability to assist in raising the matter for technical assessment is quite disappointing. My father and I are very unhappy with Verizon's service because of their disregard for a common problem. It appears that AT&T may provide superior choices in our region given the current state of affairs.
