Poor Verizon Coverage And Weak Signal Strength

Residing in Park Lane, Eagle, I have encountered a significant problem with the Verizon network - a consistently weak signal strength. This issue often results in frequent freezing and dropped calls when using the internet or making voice calls. Approximately one month ago, I decided to switch from AT&T to Verizon in the hopes of experiencing improved service. Regrettably, my expectations have not been met and I am quite disappointed with the outcome. Now, I find myself unable to switch back to my previous carrier due to my new iPhone 15 plan. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, the problem still persists. Every time, they promise to resolve the issue quickly, but thus far, it has only been a source of letdown.
