Verizon Caller ID Not Showing Correct Name? Fix It Now!

I've been using Verizon for about 3 months now, and I'm very unhappy with my choice. I had no problems with my previous mobile provider, except for the high prices. I got a new iPhone plan with a pretty good discount, so I decided to switch over to Verizon. In general, the network coverage and cellular internet quality are not very strong. Occasionally, my friends express their frustration about not being able to get in touch with me and how my phone frequently experiences signal issues. Unfortunately, over the past two weeks, I've encountered a new issue. Whenever I reach out to my friends, they see a name like "Susan Ash***" on their phones instead of my own. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I finally managed to get through to customer service. According to their statement, they assured that the issue would be resolved and attributed it to a small technical hiccup. Unfortunately, the problem continues, and I'm experiencing challenges in getting in touch with customer service.
