Credit Card Update And Verizon Business Phone Plan Cancellation Not Working
It was a major hassle to update my credit card info for automatic payments after switching from Verizon to AT&T. It was fun collaborating with other companies to achieve similar enhancements, but Verizon's corporate customer service is purposefully hard to get in touch with. Unfortunately, changing one's payment details has become a major hassle, which is rather frustrating. Despite Verizon's excellent overall service, my experience with their business phone plan has been nothing short of a disaster. It appears that the normal user's needs and preferences were not considered when designing the corporate customer support system.
