Velavit Dim Complex Caused Abdominal Pain and Urine Color Changes
I started using the product called Velavit Dim Complex 30 Tablets based on my gynecologist’s recommendation. I purchased one box from Bıçak Pharmacy in Manavgat and paid $43. I have been using the product regularly for nearly 9 days, starting around December 11–12, 2025.
A few days after starting the product, I began experiencing pain in my abdomen and lower abdomen, and I also started feeling pain in my kidneys. At first, I thought these symptoms might go away, so I continued using the product. However, I later noticed that my urine color became dark and pinkish. This situation made me very anxious, and I am now afraid to continue using this product.
Due to both the side effects I experienced and the concerning change in urine color, I have lost trust in this product. I was forced to stop using it and am requesting a refund of the $43 I paid. I kindly ask that this situation be taken seriously by the company, that the necessary investigation be conducted, and that I be contacted with a response.
