Velavit Dim Complex Linked to Blood in Urine

I used the Velavit Dim Complex supplement for approximately one month. Especially during the last 10 days of use, I noticed a pinkish discoloration in my urine, and I developed hematuria (blood in the urine). Because this situation is extremely concerning from a health perspective, I stopped using the supplement, and after discontinuing the product, my urine color returned to normal.

I purchased the product through Hepsiburada, and after experiencing this issue, I requested a return. I am currently waiting for a response regarding the return process. However, whether a refund is issued or not, the presence of blood in the urine is far too serious and dangerous to be dismissed as a minor side effect.
