Veet Sensitive Skin Cream Caused Redness, Swelling, and Burning on My Arm

I used Veet Hair Removal Cream for Sensitive Skin for the first time and applied it on my arm for 6 minutes as instructed. Shortly after washing it off, I experienced redness, swelling, burning, itching, and marks on my arm. Even though a day has passed, the redness and swelling are still present. When purchasing the product, I did not encounter any warnings or issues, and I no longer have the receipt. I am very upset to have experienced such a reaction and feel victimized. I request an apology and a refund from Veet representatives.
