Last week, I purchased a Veet hair removal cream from a Gratis store and used it on the vaginal area, fully following the instructions. Immediately after applying the product—within seconds—I experienced intense burning and redness. I had used the same product once before without any issues. This time, the burning was so severe that I tried to soothe it with cold water, but the pain did not subside. The discomfort is so strong that I am unable to urinate without pain.
There was no issue with the packaging or the expiration date; the package was intact, and the product was not expired. I have not contacted Veet customer service yet.
Due to this severe reaction, I request that the product be examined and that I receive an apology and an explanation.
