I purchased a 72Ah Varta battery on January 11, 2024, expecting high quality and reliability. Unfortunately, the product has completely failed me. It hasn’t even been a full year, and the battery keeps dying in my actively used vehicle. Every time I try to start the car, the battery is drained. I’ve been stuck on the road multiple times because of this issue and have had to rely on jump-starts and charging just to keep going.
This is not what I expected from a brand like Varta, which I trusted for its reputation and quality. I’ve been patient up to this point, but it’s unacceptable for a nearly new battery to perform so poorly. I’m now requesting a full replacement with a new and fully functioning battery. I shouldn’t have to fear getting stranded every time I drive. Varta, please take accountability and provide a solution immediately.
