Vantage Broker Ignores Account Hack Emails and Blocks Remaining Balance Withdrawal

I opened an account on Vantage on February 9, 2026, and deposited $1,500 using cryptocurrency. Shortly after, I noticed transactions in my account that I did not perform, and almost the entire $1,500 was lost through these trades. Only about $18 remained in my account. Vantage even sent me an email stating, "If these transactions were not made by you, please notify us."

As requested in the email, I sent them the details and screenshots of the unauthorized transactions, clearly specifying which trades did not belong to me. Despite this, I received no response whatsoever—neither an explanation nor a solution was provided. There is no telephone line available to reach customer service; everything is handled solely via email, and the emails I send go unanswered.

When I tried to withdraw my remaining $18–$20, I ran into issues with the Authenticator code. The system constantly asks for a code, marks the code I enter as incorrect, and when I request a reset, it tells me to "send an email." I send an email, but there is no reply. Aside from generic instructions telling me to "do this, do that," no concrete solution is offered, and the Authenticator reset never gets completed.

I demand the refund of the $1,500 lost due to unauthorized transactions made without my knowledge or consent, as well as the resetting of my Authenticator code so I can regain smooth access to my account. My account is registered under the email address s**********@gmail.com. I demand that my loss be resolved urgently and that a clear explanation be provided to me.
