Vans Refuses Return Due to Unfair Treatment of Half Cab 33 DX Shoes



Order number 0B07D-16723-504512: I received my Half Cab 33 DX shoes, but they didn't fit me properly. I emailed Vans officials, asking if there was a possibility of exchange or return, but they never responded. Frustrated, I decided to proceed with the return. However, when the shoes reached them, they claimed the shoes had been used, even though I only tried them on in office conditions, and they were tight on my feet. Vans EU offers unconditional returns within 30 days, so how can Vans TR accuse me of using the shoes when they were never worn? To make matters worse, the shoes arrived without the Vans tag. I seek a resolution to this unfair treatment. I need this situation resolved as soon as possible. It's much appreciated.
