I keep encountering an error message when trying to pay my bills through the VakıfBank mobile app: “You have reached your bill debt inquiry limit for category 90.” For assistance in raising your bill debt inquiry limit, kindly stop by your branch. A banking app should not impose such restrictions. Requiring a visit to a branch just to raise a limit undermines the very essence of digital banking. When I reached out to customer service, they failed to provide a genuine solution and just sent me to a branch instead. Mobile banking is essential for my convenience, but this problem causes unnecessary frustration, particularly when I have urgent payments to make. I hope VakıfBank addresses this issue promptly.
