I Cannot Access Mobile App Because My Phone Is Rooted Without Warning
I cannot log in to the VakıfBank mobile app because my phone is rooted. Although I’ve been using the same phone for years and have carried out many banking transactions throughout the day without any issues, today I was suddenly denied access. I haven’t made any recent changes to my phone, so this sudden restriction is confusing. It feels unfair to block access without prior notice or an alternative solution. Despite speaking with customer service, they redirected me to a branch in a way that felt completely unrelated to the issue. I expect urgent assistance to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
