Vakıfbank Misled Me With False Claims About Eyewear Discount in Insurance Policy

VakıfBank provides misleading information during insurance sales. They sold the policy by claiming there would be up to 40% discounts on eyewear purchases. However, when I submitted the invoice, I was told that the reimbursement would be less than even 5%. I contacted customer service for clarification, but they simply repeated the policy terms without addressing the misleading promotion. This feels like a marketing trick. Such practices damage customer trust and reflect poorly on the bank’s reputation. I am requesting the unconditional cancellation of the policy and a full refund of the amount paid. The reimbursement offered for the glasses doesn’t even cover two months of payments.

I received a message about a refund approximately 10 days ago, but there is no such reflection in my accounts.
