Vakıfbank ATM Swallowed My Money

Before the holiday, I sold my gold to buy a car. Since I received the money in cash and wanted to make a secure payment outside of working hours, I tried to deposit it through a VakıfBank ATM located in Ankara Optimum Mall. I placed ₺50,000.00 into the ATM and pressed continue. The ATM began counting the money, but I heard strange noises like it was tearing the bills. Then, there was a thudding sound and a warning appeared on the screen saying “money has been seized.” Some of the money remained in the machine, and some was torn. After calculating, I found that ₺44,250.00 was taken by the ATM. I called customer service, and they told me that a private company handles these ATMs and that the process would take 20 business days. Due to this delay, I can’t buy the car I was planning to, as I'm short on money. Because of a poorly maintained ATM and the negligence of both the bank and the private company, I have been left in a difficult situation. Now the car I wanted will likely be sold to someone else, and I’ll have to start my search all over again—possibly paying much more. Who will compensate for this loss? I urgently request that my issue be resolved.
