I Report VakıfBank Rejected My Valid Dispute Due to Staff Error
I still haven't received a response to my VakıfBank record number 9070135. I filed two separate disputes for purchases totaling 185 cents and 185.51 cents. I was found to be correct on the first request. While I was waiting to be proven right on the second request, the bank denied the request, claiming it had expired. The reason for the timeout was that the bank employee entered the first application information into the second application. It's in the records. I demand an urgent resolution to this issue.
