I Cannot Use My VakıfBank Sky Limit Despite Having Available Credit

I have been using VakıfBank Sky Limit for many years. For nearly two months now, despite having available credit, I keep receiving the error message: “We are currently unable to process your transaction, please try again later.” Moreover, this issue is being recorded with the Credit Bureau as if it were a loan application, negatively affecting my credit report. Not only am I unable to use my existing limit, but my Credit Bureau score is also being adversely impacted. When I file a complaint, I am told that I will be contacted, yet no one follows up. I urgently request that my Sky Limit be reactivated and that the negative records in my Credit Bureau report be corrected. Otherwise, I will promptly escalate this issue to both the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) and the Presidential Communication Center (CİMER).
