PlayStation Charged My Credit Card Without Authorization

I am filing a complaint because PlayStation charged membership fees from my credit card without my knowledge or authorization. I noticed that my Ziraat Bank credit card was charged 474 TL, 710 TL, and 710 TL on July 16, August 16, and September 16, 2026, respectively, totaling approximately $39. I did not authorize any PlayStation membership to be billed in this manner, and I was not provided with any notification or information about these charges.

I request a full refund of all amounts charged to my card without my knowledge or authorization. I want these unauthorized payments to be canceled and my loss to be resolved as soon as possible. My membership email address is n*********@gmail.com.
