PlayStation FC 27 Early Access Still Shows Trial Version

I purchased EA Sports FC 27 through the Sony PlayStation Store for early access, but even after more than 24 hours have passed, my account still only shows the trial version, and I am unable to play the full version of the game. I paid approximately $74 for this purchase, but I have been unable to access the full version that I paid for.

My purchase was made through the PlayStation Store under transaction number 787095787349212 using the account associated with k**************@gmail.com. Since the issue has continued, I have repeatedly tried to contact PlayStation Support and customer service, but I have been unable to receive support through any channel or reach anyone who can assist me.

I request both a refund of the approximately $74 I paid and activation of full access to the game on my account as part of the purchase I made. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
