US Polo Gift Card Note Issue

I recently made a purchase from US Polo and requested a gift card with a note for one of the items in my order. However, the note that arrived was incomplete, with half of it missing. When I reported this issue to the company, their response was, "For the inconvenience, you can use a 10% discount code valid until 31.05.2024 – 16:00."

I responded with the following and wanted to share it here for everyone to see: "Offering a limited-time 10% discount with an exact expiration hour as compensation for your company's mistake is quite a strategy. Congratulations on this brilliant customer retention tactic. Do you understand?"
