U.S. Polo Assn. Sold Me Defective Pajamas and Refused to Accept My Return

On November 24, 2024, we purchased pajamas from the U.S. Polo Assn. brand. After the first wash, the pajamas started to pill, so we returned them with a request for a refund. Despite providing evidence of the defect, the company refused to acknowledge the issue. After several days, they sent them back, claiming the pajamas were a hygiene product, even though they were not listed as such. This refusal to address valid customer complaints has damaged my trust in the brand. Even if they were a hygiene product, I did not request an exchange or say that I simply disliked them. The product is clearly defective. However, Aydınlı Ready Wear is even denying the defect, leaving me with a faulty item and no resolution.
