I Regret Buying Under Armour Shoes—Heel Fabric Tore Within Weeks

We recently purchased 6 pairs of shoes from Under Armour, but the quality has been shockingly poor. Within just 2 months, 2 out of the 6 pairs developed tears in the heel area, where the fabric and padding completely ripped. One of the defective pairs was already returned 15 days ago. Today, the second pair ripped in the exact same place, and I plan to return it to the Under Armour store at Avrasya Mall—even before hearing back about the first return.

Now I’ve lost all confidence in the brand and will be returning the remaining 4 pairs as well. I honestly feel like shoes bought from a local market would have held up better. When you're paying ₺5,000–₺7,000 for a single pair, you expect durability—not this kind of shoddy workmanship.

While the visual design of Under Armour shoes may be impressive, the craftsmanship and material quality are completely unacceptable. I’ll never purchase this brand again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending this kind of money on footwear that falls apart this fast. I expect full refunds and a proper response from the company regarding this issue.
