U.S. Polo Shoes I Bought From Statcity Store Broke in a Month and No Support Offered

I bought a pair of Converse-style shoes from the U.S. Polo store at Statcity in Istanbul, and they ended up being a total waste of money. The shoe soles fell apart in under a month of wearing them. I went to the store to talk about this issue, and they told me it was my fault, which caught me off guard. I paid more for these shoes because I believed in the brand and thought they would deliver on their promises. Sadly, that hasn't been true. I could have totally scored better quality shoes for half the price at a local market. I’m disappointed with how little support and responsibility the brand has shown. I'm not going to shop with them again unless they fix this situation.
