Under Armour Curry Basketball Shoes Hurt My Son’s Foot—Warranty Denied

February 4, 2025 12:06 PM18

In March 2024, I purchased a pair of Under Armour Curry basketball shoes for my son for ₺4,500. He owns two other pairs and rotates them, only wearing these once a week for one-hour indoor basketball training sessions. In total, he has worn them about 20 times.

Recently, a sharp plastic piece inside the heel started poking into his foot, making the shoes impossible to wear. I took them to the Under Armour store at İzmit Outlet Center, and they sent them for inspection. Today, I received a shocking message stating that the issue was not a manufacturing defect!

How is this my fault when the shoes have barely been used? Even cheaper brands stand behind their products, but Under Armour refuses to take responsibility! I demand a replacement or a refund—fix this now!
