Uption International Transfer Delayed Over 48 Hours With No Credit

I am using the Uption mobile app and recently made an international money transfer that has been blocked for more than 48 hours, which has put me in a very difficult situation, as I am a student and urgently need this money. On April 7, 2026, a transfer was made from my sister’s Spanish bank account via SEPA/SWIFT to my Uption IBAN in Turkey, using the official bank details provided by the app for incoming transfers. I also have the transaction reference and proof from the bank for this transfer. Despite the transfer being confirmed on the sending side, the funds have still not been credited to my Uption account and appear to be blocked. I have tried every possible way to reach Uption: I sent emails and made phone calls, but I have not received any response, information, or support from customer service. This silence and lack of communication are unacceptable, especially given that this money is essential for my living expenses as a student. I request that my money be immediately released and credited or sent to me without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly and in writing about the status of this transfer. I expect Uption to urgently resolve this issue, since the delay has already caused me serious financial hardship.
