ExpertOption Not Sending Verification Code and Blocking Account Access

I am using the ExpertOption trading application on my Android device, and I have not been able to log in since yesterday. The app attempts to send a verification code to my email, but I am not receiving any code, which prevents me from accessing my account.

I request that this email verification code issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible so that I can log in to my ExpertOption account again.
