Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After ₹12,000 PhonePe Payment

1On April 9, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹12,000 into my Parimatch account (ID: 229983752) using PhonePe. Although the transaction was successfully completed on PhonePe’s side, the amount has still not been reflected in my Parimatch account balance.
I raised a support ticket with Parimatch regarding this missing deposit, but so far I have not received any response or solution.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that the missing ₹12,000 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately.
