Uption Ignored My Emails After Blocking Account — Need Refund

For the past week, the ₺6,006 balance in my Uption account has been blocked, and I have been unable to access it in any way. My account displays a warning saying “temporarily blocked, please contact us via email,” but even after sending multiple emails, I have received no response. When I managed to reach customer support by phone, they only stated that my account was blocked — without providing any reason or estimated resolution time. Since Uption has no physical branch, I have no way to meet with anyone directly about the issue.
The entire blocked amount belongs to me, and I simply want to transfer it to my personal bank account. I’ve never experienced a problem like this before, and I find it unacceptable that ₺6,006, which is not a small amount, is being held without any justification.
I request that the block on my account be lifted immediately and that my money be refunded to me in full. This delay is unreasonable, and I demand that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
Progress

Since 06.10.2025, I have not been able to log into my Uption account. There is a balance of 6006 TL in my account. When I try to log in, I receive a 'Suspicious Transaction' warning and my account is put under review. When I contacted Uption customer service multiple times, they told me that I am in an indefinite review process, they cannot provide a timeframe, and no additional information is being requested.
My account was completely under my control and no unusual transactions took place. However, since October 6th, I have not been able to access the 6006 TL in my account and no explanation has been provided to me. The prolonged process is increasing my victimization. I have also filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding this matter.
I request that my balance be refunded to me and my account be closed. I want this grievance to be resolved urgently.
