My Uption account has been closed for about one month without any explanation. I was using the account only to receive money sent by a friend from abroad, and after this transaction, my account was completely shut down.
Since that date, I have tried to contact Uption many times by phone and by email, but I have not received any response, nor have I been given any explanation. Because I cannot access my account, I also cannot access the money inside, and I have no information at all about why my account was closed.
