I submitted a phone number change request through the Uption mobile app, but for three days my request has remained stuck in “under review” status with no progress. Since I need to use my account actively during this time, this delay has caused me significant inconvenience.
Regarding this delay, I tried to contact Uption customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone and could not get any support. Both the prolonged pending status of my request and the inability to access support channels have caused me to start experiencing a serious loss of trust.
I am requesting that my phone number change request be finalized as soon as possible, that my number be updated, and that Uption improve its processes so that such simple requests do not remain pending for days.
