I downloaded the UPTION mobile app and registered about a month ago, but I still can’t perform any transactions because my contract approval is stuck in progress. It keeps saying a courier will arrive, but no one ever shows up.
To speed up the process, I even updated my address, hoping that the courier might come to the new location. Still, nothing happened. I have no idea how to move forward since customer support provides no real answers.
How long is this process supposed to take? I expect UPTION to resolve this delay immediately and provide a clear solution for completing my registration. Please speed up the approval process so I can finally use my account!
