Uption App Didn’t Refund an Unreasonable Bank Fee
On December 29, 2025, I completed a **bank transfer of $4,100 through the Uption app. Although Uption is associated with Aktif Bank, I noticed that Aktif Bank charged an excessive fee of $16 on this transfer from Uption to my own Aktif Bank account.
Because I believe this fee is unreasonable and unfair, I contacted Uption by email to request a refund of the fee, but I received no response and no explanation.
To resolve this issue fairly, I request that the $16 charged on this transfer be refunded to me.

They said a refund would be made, but the refund was not processed.
The company pledged a refund, but nothing was refunded and there was no response. I'd recommend looking at alternatives to this company, because they are very unresponsive and expensive.
In the end, after this response, my refund request was denied.
