UPS Turkey was supposed to deliver my package on the 12th of this month, but it still hasn't arrived as of today, the 19th. I've been calling customer service every day, and all they keep telling me is that it will be delivered today. I can't understand how they do things like this. There need to be punishments and penalties for this kind of service! They're pushing themselves too hard and making more money while the customers are the ones suffering. That's too bad. But the real problem is with those who let them get away with it!
