UPS Turkey attempts to pick up packages 3 hours earlier than the scheduled time and then shows up 4 hours late the next day. As a result, I couldn't hand over the package. I scheduled a pick-up time to avoid disruptions, but it seems they don't care about sticking to agreed schedules. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I only received generic responses with no real solution. How can a company of this scale fail to manage something as simple as pick-up logistics? A shipment that was supposed to reach the USA in 3 days hasn't even been picked up from my address after 3 days. I recommend choosing other international shipping companies instead.
