On May 25, 2023, UPS Turkey sent us an e-mail and informed us that we need to prepare some documents and give a power of attorney from a notary public. He stated that all the prepared documents should be sent to an e-mail address. On May 30, 2023, we sent all the documents to the specified e-mail address. There was no positive or negative response to our mail. We reached UPS Turkey by phone on June 02, 2023, they said that the shipment was waiting. When we called UPS Turkey again on June 06, 2023, we were told that we had to send the original documents. An urgent matter has been delayed due to UPS Turkey's indifference. Is it that hard to answer e-mails or call and give information? No one informs about the process. It is not possible to reach the relevant department.
