I Requested a Return but UPS Still Hasn’t Started the Process

I'm sending the same message to UPS customer service. I asked for a return on May 10, 2023, and the transaction number was 5517592. On May 11, 2023, I took the packages to my house's front desk so they could be returned. After the UPS workers got the packages, they repackaged and taped them according to their own standards. But this action caused damage to the packages, so the company wouldn't accept the return of the about 20,000 TL worth of things I won't be using. This letter is to let UPS know how upset I am that they don't have a clear shipping acceptance policy. Who gave them permission to change shipments without telling me? Lastly, I want to know who will be held responsible for the damage caused by this uninvited and careless intervention.
