UPS Lost The Delivery, Can't Provide Further Updates On It

UPS really dropped the ball on this one. My package is lost and they just don't seem to care at all. why would they? Was it them who lost it all???  I gotta call UPS every day to see if there's any updates on my package. It's like they're saying I lost the package, which is pretty messed up. They don't care about making customers happy at all. They're just dumping their lost package problem on me without even bothering to call and keep me in the loop. So, I was talking to this customer service person named S***  was pretty unhelpful. To make matters worse, she ended the call pretty rudely by saying she was gonna transfer my case to a survey. Wow, I don't even know what to say. It's like I'm both the worker and the buyer, but my package has been missing for almost two weeks and I'm still waiting for it to show up.
